All group fitness, pilates and yoga classes at the Campus Rec Center and Rec & Wellness Center will be free Aug. 24-30.
Eighty-five classes are offered during the week at varying times each day. Popular classes include High Intensity Interval Training, Cardio Dance, Cycling, Aqua, Yoga and Pilates. Full schedules can be found at http://crec.unl.edu/crec.
UNL students and Campus Recreation members may purchase an All-Class Pass for $55 per semester to attend any fitness class on the schedule at any location.
Passes may be purchased by visiting the Member Services Desk at the Campus Rec Center or Rec & Wellness Center on East Campus.
