The Confucius Institute is hosting a Chinese culture class on how to cook Mongolian beef and orange chicken. The course is 6 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 9 in Leverton Hall, room 206.
Registration is limited to 20 participants. Cost is $30 and includes course materials, handouts, food tasting and drinks.
