Mueller Planetarium in the University of Nebraska State Museum at Morrill Hall, south of 14th and Vine streets, will light up with three family-friendly laser light shows July 15-16 and 22-23.
The shows are:
“Laser Safari” (40 minutes), 6 p.m.: This ecological adventure explores the secrets of two amazing ecosystems, the African Serengeti and South America’s Amazon Rainforest, showing their unusual climates and strange inhabitants.
“Summer Laser Jam” (40 minutes), 7 p.m.: This fun laser show features pop and rock music that evokes images of warm sunny beaches and cool sea breezes.
“Lasermania” (45 minutes), 8 p.m.: This high-energy show provides a sensory rush with a collection of current pop and rock hits.
