Sheldon Museum of Art
Sheldon Museum of Art is offering an evening of yoga and tai chi from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Feb. 3 in the museum’s Great Hall. The event is free and open to the public. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
This movement and meditation activity is held in conjunction with the exhibition “A New Line of Thinking: Recent Sculpture by Robert Schatz.” The artist, whose artwork has been influenced Buddhism and Eastern thought, manipulates materials intuitively, allowing natural inclinations to manifest.
