UNL’s Glenn Korff School of Music Trumpet Studio concert is 7:30 p.m. April 14 in the Westbrook Recital Hall. The event will feature the music of Bruce Broughton, Ronald Lo Presti and several original compositions.
The repertoire will include “Danny Boy,” a ballad written by English songwriter Frederic Weatherly and set to the Irish tune of the “Londonderry Air.”
The performance is free and open to the public. It will also be live webcast.
