More than 1,500 members of the campus community participated in a student-led "Hate Will Never Win" rally at the Coliseum on Feb. 14. The slogan was launched by the Huskers men's basketball team and has gained wide acceptance by Nebraska's student body.

Biological systems engineering students and faculty examine Herbie Husker's love for Nebraska using a transcranial Doppler ultrasound, which measures real-time blood flow through the cerebrovascular system. The technology is used to detect changes in blood flow patterns as indicators for traumatic brain injury, stroke and Alzheimer's disease.
